Fix for SSO SAML login and image conversion

As we embarked on the new year, we found some pesky little bugs that are no longer present.

1. We found an issue with the SSO SAML login if used with a custom domain. Among the fixes, updating your login provider with your custom domain is now required. Hence, if you use the SSO SAML login feature, please update your login provider credentials now.

2. We also patched an issue where PSD and other files had no previews created anymore. This was due to an operating system patch that required additional configuration. Unfortunately, the patch went unnoticed without an announcement, and we only detected it in our weekly review. We apologize for the oversight. Existing files were not affected, as this only affected newly added files.
