New Feature: Email Files Directly to Razuna

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new feature, which enables users to upload files to their Razuna workspaces via email easily. This addition brings a streamlined and efficient method for managing your files, making your workflow even smoother.

How It Works:
By enabling the 'Email to Razuna' option in your settings and designating a specific destination folder, you can now send files directly to your workspace through email. This feature not only saves you time, making your workflow more efficient, but also keeps your files neatly organized in the designated folder.

Key Details:

- File Size Limit: Keep in mind that the total size of any email, including attachments and headers, cannot exceed 50 MB. For optimal performance, we recommend keeping your email size under 49 MB.

- Unlimited Uploads: There are no restrictions on the number of emails you can send or the number of attachments included in a single email, giving you complete flexibility in how you manage your files.

- Workspace Security: Each workspace has its own unique email settings, and the assigned email address cannot be changed, ensuring the utmost security of your workspace.

When you send files via email, they are processed just like any other upload, with all our file processing and AI functionalities applied automatically. Plus, you'll see the email sender's information on the file detail page, providing transparency and traceability similar to our Collect+ feature. This makes it easier than ever to identify the origin of files and enhances collaboration within your workspace.
